At 9:40 am on April 29, a man armed with a knife rushed into the kindergarten, wounding more than 30 people, including children, teachers and security guards.
On the morning of April 30, Wang Yonglai, a villager in Shangzhuang Village, Jiulong Street, Fangzi district, Weifang City, Shandong Province, forced his way into shangzhuang Primary school and wounded five preschool students with a hammer before setting himself on fire with gasoline.
